From there, we coordinate the logistics — suggesting ideal resorts or cruise options, securing venues and accommodations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing reservations.

    Many of our couples invest between $10,000 and $15,000 for their ceremony and related services. Surprisingly, destination weddings can be more cost-effective than traditional hometown celebrations. Your final investment depends on location, venue, guest count, and optional enhancements.


    Resorts and cruise lines often offer ceremony packages covering essentials like the venue, officiant, décor, seating,  music and some even provide complimentary packages when guest room minimums are met. Additional services such as upgraded décor, photography, or specialty florals will increase costs. Beyond the ceremony itself, travel, accommodations, and attire make up the primary expenses.     Many couples host a welcome cocktail gathering upon arrival, followed by the ceremony and reception, and perhaps a farewell brunch the next day. Depending on your destination and guest interests, optional excursions, spa outings, golf rounds, or group activities can round out the experience.
